Hotel Policy :

  • It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in.
  • The primary guest checking in to the hotel must be at least 18 years of age. Children accompanying adults must be between 1-6 years.
  • The inclusion of extra bed with a booking is facilitated with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed.
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. After booking you will be sent an email confirmation with hotel phone number. You can contact the hotel directly for early check-in or late check-out.
  • The room tariff is exclusive of all taxes. The amount paid for the room does not include charges for optional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These will be charged at the time of check-out.
  • The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a ‘couple’ if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Hotel Sai Yatri will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel staff due to the aforesaid reason.
  • The hotel reserves the right of admission for local residents. Accommodation can be denied to guests residing in the same city. Hotel Sai Yatri will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel staff due to the aforesaid reason.
  • For any update, User shall pay applicable cancellation/modification charges.
  • Modified bookings will be subject to availability and revised booking policy of the Hotel.
  • The cancellation/modification charges are standard and any waiver is on the hotel’s discretion.

Booking condition :

You can pay online or pay at the hotel during your check in, however you need to pay 100% advance for a confirmed & guaranteed booking.

Cancellation Charges

  • 25% if cancelled four days in advance.
  • 50% if cancelled two or three days in advance.
  • 50% if few of the total booked rooms are cancelled.
  • 100% if cancelled one day prior to booking or on the same day.
  • Credit/Debit card cancellations will be charged 5% extra.

For Groups / for Special Celebration Dates (24th, 25th, 30th & 31st of December & Long weekends)

Confirmation/cancellation policy for weddings and large celebrations

  • 25% of the total room tariff at the time of the confirmation of the booking.
  • 100% of the total room tariff and chartering cost four months in advance.
  • 80% of the balance of total expected budget 45 days in advance.
  • 100% if cancelled one day prior to booking or on the same day.If not complied to, the booking can be cancelled.
  • Full clearance of bill at the check-out.
